How One Amazing Method, Will Cut Your Work Load In Half
Have you noticed that now a days there is so much to do. With the inventions of a few technologies like the fax, and the mobile our work load has jumped up ten fold. Remember the days when your boss couldn’t get a hold of you. All you had to do was avoid your land line. You could get away with saying, “Sorry I missed your phone call, I wasn’t near a phone.” Try getting away with that today. Now think of the invention of the internet; Email has single handedly made my life completely miserable. With over 300 emails a day I am lucky if I can get through half of them, and all the ones I don’t reply and call me to say, “Why didn’t you do it? I sent you an email.”
Before you slam this computer on the floor, (because of the frustration you are now feeling), don’t worry, I have your solution. I am here to help. No, I am not selling magic fairy dust; nor am I trying to promote anything. I am here to tell you that I go through the same thing, and this word has helped me out every single day, from that day forth.
The word is outsourcing, and it will be your new best friend. You see, with these annoying inventions, also came some good. With the ability to contact, and send information any where in the world, also came the ability for any one in the world to do the work for you. Just before you say “My job is way too complicated, and that is why they pay me x amount of dollars a year to do it.” I know, because I am working to. It is the stuff that that is too easy to do, that you outsource. For example reading emails, you can literally pay people to read your emails for you, and siphon out all the important topics, from the “Hey, what’s up?” stuff. Another example, which I have personally done, is out source my presentations.
You see I am in the contract business so I have to show presentations to my clients for their unique needs. At first I used to do it all by myself, staying up till two, to three in the morning, for a presentation I had at ten. Fortunately now, I send out what I need to be done, with the job scope and requirements and it is done for me. I get it a few hours earlier and then I see if there are any mistakes, then I am good to go. Most of the time they come back pretty close to flawless. I pay when the job is done and to my satisfaction. I also out source for many other things like, letters, speeches and a verity of other things.
Before you say “well that sounds good, but I bet it cost a lot.” I am guarantee, it is much cheaper than you imagine. This is because most of the people I outsource to are from countries that the dollar is much weaker compared to. For them stronger currencies go a much longer way. Places like India, Eastern Europe and China.
You may be thinking, well English is not their first language, and they may not be well educated. You would be surprised how hard working and educated these people are, and all of the people that post on special outsourcing websites speak perfect English.
